Cran-Apple Rum Punch

Ingredients
  • 4 apples
  • 2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1½ teaspoon cloves
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 1½ cups water
  • 1½ cups orange juice
  • 1½ cups apple cider
  • 2 tbsp sliced ginger
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cups apple cider
  • 2 cups Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum
  • Club soda
Instructions
  1. 1. In a large stock pot, add apples, cranberries, cinnamon sticks, cloves, sugar, water, orange juice, apple cider (1½ cups), ginger, and lemon zest. Stir to combine.
  2. 2. Bring pot to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 20–30 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half.
  3. 3. Strain through a mesh strainer into a bowl, pressing fruit with a spoon to get all the liquid out. There should be about 3 cups of syrup.
  4. 4. Stir in 4 tablespoons of lemon juice and then put in the fridge until cooled.
  5. 5. Pour cooled syrup into a glass pitcher, and then turn a spoon face down touching the syrup and slowly pour the apple cider (3 cups) onto the back of the spoon, layering it on top of the syrup.
  6. 6. Using the same layering technique, add the rum.
  7. 7. Garnish with cranberries, cloved apples, and lemons.
  8. 8. To serve, stir to combine all of the layers, pour to fill half a glass, and finish with club soda. (2 parts punch, 1 part club soda)

Big Batch Charred Whisky Sour

Ingredients
Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
Cocktail
  • 3 lemons, halved
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1&1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1&1/2 cups lime juice
  • 1&1/4 cups simple syrup
  • 1&1/2 cups Crown Royal Deluxe
Instructions
Simple Syrup:
  1. ​Combine sugar and water in a small pot. Heat until simmering. Let simmer for 5 minutes, then cool.
  2. Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Place the halved lemons, cut side down, on the pan and let sit until they are blackened. Remove lemon halves and set aside. Scrape off any residue on the pan. Lay down the lemon slices in the pan and let sit until they are blackened on one side. Flip and cook the other side. Once both sides of the slices are charred, remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Juice the charred halved lemons. Strain the juice into the serving vessel. This should yield a 1⁄2 cup of juice. Add another 11⁄2 cups lemon juice. Add in the lime juice and the simple syrup. Pour in Crown Royal Deluxe and stir.
  4. Fill rocks glasses with ice. Pour whiskey sour into each glass and garnish with a charred lemon slice.
  5. Enjoy!

  • Cinnamon Simple Syrup
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1⁄2 cup water
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • Cocktail
  • 1⁄2 ounce cinnamon simple syrup
  • 1 & ½ ounces Johnnie Walker Red Label Whisky
  • 1⁄2 ounce lemon juice
  • 3 ounces ginger beer
  • Cinnamon stick, for garnish
  • Lemon slice, for garnish
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Cinnamon simple syrup: In a small pot, combine sugar, water, and cinnamon sticks. Whisk well and bring to a simmer. Let simmer for about 5 minutes, then strain and cool.
  2. Cocktail: Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add cinnamon simple syrup, Johnnie Walker Red Label Whisky, lemon juice, and ginger beer. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, lemon slice, and a dusting of ground cinnamon.
  3. Enjoy!

This cocktail is like the holidays in a glass! All the flavors of the season come together in one wintry cocktail with the help of Smirnoff Peppermint Twist!

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1½ tablespoons chopped rosemary
  • Handful ice cubes
  • 6 ounces Smirnoff Peppermint Twist
  • 2 cups grapefruit juice
  • Tonic water
  • Rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Combine sugar and water in a small pot. Add chopped rosemary and heat untilsimmering. Let simmer for 5 minutes, then strain and cool.
  2. For each cocktail: Place a handful of ice cubes in a rocks glass. Add ½ ounce rosemary syrup, 1½ ounces Smirnoff Peppermint Twist, and 4 ounces grapefruit juice. Finish with a splash of tonic water. Garnish with rosemary sprig.

  • 3 3⁄4 cups unsweetened coconut cream
  • 1⁄2 cup sweetened coconut cream
  • 1⁄3 cup pineapple juice
  • 6 ounces Malibu Rum
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine sweetened and unsweetened cream of coconut. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
  2. Once frozen, add coconut ice cubes, pineapple juice, Malibu Rum, and bananas to a blender.
  3. Blend until creamy. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 qt rainbow sherbet (945 mL)
  • 1 cup strawberry, halved (150 g)
  • ½ cup blueberry (50 g)
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • ½ cup raspberry (60 g)
  • ¼ grapefruit, sliced
  • 3 cups lemon-lime soda (720 mL)
  • 3 cups champagne, or lemon- or lime-flavored sparkling water (720 mL)
  • 6 cups pink lemonade (1.4 L)
Instructions
  1. Arrange 8 scoops of sherbet on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large punch bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, lemon, raspberries, and grapefruit.
  3. Add the lemon lime soda, champagne, and pink lemonade. Stir to combine.
  4. Remove the sherbet scoops from the freezer and use a spoon to place in the punch bowl.

  • Coconut Probiotic Yogurt
  • 2 cans full fat coconut milk
  • 4 capsules Renew Life® Ultimate Flora Extra Care 50 billion
  • Smoothie
  • 2 cups strawberries, cleaned
  • 1 cup coconut probiotic yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • ⅔ cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Assembly
  • Strawberry slices
  • Additional coconut yogurt or whipped cream
Instructions
  1. To prepare the coconut probiotic yogurt, add two cans full fat coconut milk to a bowl. Whisk to combine. Empty 4 Renew Life Ultimate Flora capsules into the coconut milk and whisk. Cover and refrigerate overnight 24 hours. Strain through a cheesecloth.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender and process until totally smooth.
  3. Pour into two glasses and garnish with strawberry slices and coconut yogurt.
  4. Enjoy!
NOTE
  1. To marble with coconut yogurt: Use a teaspoon to carefully draw 5 equally spaced horizontal lines across the surface of the smoothie with the coconut yogurt. Take a toothpick and drag through the lines vertically, making 5-6 equally spaced out vertical lines, alternating between dragging the toothpick up and down through the coconut yogurt, to produce a marbled effect.

  • 2 large ripe yellow peaches, chopped
  • 1⁄4 cup white grape juice
  • 6 ounces Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom Sparkling water
  • Orange slices for garnish
  • Mint for garnish
Instructions
  1. Place peaches in food processor and blend with grape juice until completely smooth.
  2. Place in a pan and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Place 1–2 scoops in a glass, top with 1.5 ounces Ketel One, and top with sparkling water.
  4. Garnish with orange slice and mint.

You haven’t had a bloody mary until you’ve tried it with Ketel One Citroen.

Ingredients
Marinated Tomatoes:
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced basil
  • 2 cups heirloom cherry tomatoes, assorted colors
  • Handful of basil leaves
Cocktail:
  • 4 cups organic tomato juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced basil
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, plus more for drizzling
  • 6 ounces Ketel One Vodka
Instructions
  1. Marinate tomatoes in a small bowl and cover with olive oil. Add salt, pepper, chili flakes, basil, and lemon juice. Stir and let marinate while you make the rest of the drink.
  2. In a pitcher, mix together tomato juice, minced basil, jalapeño, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Assemble skewers: Thread cherry tomatoes and basil leaves onto 4 skewers, alternating colors.
  4. Place a skewer in each glass. Fill glasses with ice. Pour 1 1⁄2 ounces Ketel One Vodka into each glass, then fill with Bloody Mary mixture. Use skewer to stir. Drizzle each with balsamic and serve!

Spiked Caramel Corn Shake
This shake made with Captain Morgan spiced rum and topped with homemade caramel corn is a home run!

Ingredients
  • Caramel Corn/Sauce
  • 5 cups fresh popped corn
  • ⅓ cup roasted unsalted peanuts
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ tablespoon Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1½ tablespoon heavy cream
  • Shake
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 6 ounces Captain Morgan rum
  • Whipped cream, optional
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  3. Over med-high heat, cook brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Bring to simmer and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and add baking soda and rum. Stir well. Reserve ¼ cup caramel.
  5. Working quickly, mix popcorn and peanuts with remaining carmel, making sure to completely cover all the popcorn. Spread on baking sheet and dry out in about 15 minutes or until dry.
  6. Add cream to remaining ¼ cup caramel and stir, then set aside.
  7. Add 4 cups of vanilla ice cream to a blender with ¾ cup of whole milk and 6 ounces of Captain Morgan. Blend until creamy.
  8. Divide remaining caramel sauce into 4 glasses and top with milkshake. Top with whipped topping and caramel corn, then serve with remaining caramel corn.
