  • 3 tubes large cinnamon rolls

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange cinnamon rolls in a shape, letter, or number, then bake according to package instructions. (Bake any extra cinnamon rolls on a separate baking sheet.)
  2. Drizzle icing on top and garnish with sprinkles. Serve warm.

Buffalo Chicken Celery Boats

Ingredients
  • ⅓ c. Frank's hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 c. shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 4 stalks celery, cut into 3" pieces
  • ⅓ c. crumbled blue cheese
  • Ranch, for drizzling
  • chives, for garnish
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together hot sauce and mayo and season with salt and pepper. Pour over shredded chicken and mix to combine.
  2. Spoon chicken mixture into celery boats.
  3. Top with blue cheese, drizzle with ranch and garnish with chives.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups flour, sifted
  • 4 tablespoons baking powder
  • 4 cups milk, warm to the touch
  • ¾ cup butter, melted
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites
  • maple syrup, to serve
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, add the flour and baking powder together, stirring to combine.
  2. In a separate bowl, add the butter, milk, and egg yolks, stirring to combine.
  3. In a third bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently combine the bowl of flour with the butter and milk mixture, stirring until combined. Gently fold in the egg whites.
  5. Pour a large scoop of pancake batter into an 8-inch (20 cm) nonstick pan on low heat. Place the lid on top, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Repeat with remaining batter.
  6. Serve with maple syrup.
  7. Enjoy!

  • Cooking spray, for pan
  • 12 slices ham
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 12 large eggs
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400º and spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Line each cup with a slice of ham and sprinkle with cheddar. Crack an egg in each ham cup and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake until eggs are cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes (depending on how runny you like your yolks).
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve.

French Dip Sliders
Don't be fooled by their size, these little guys pack major flavor.

Ingredients
  • 12 slider buns, halved
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lb. deli roast beef
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • coarse sea salt
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
AU JUS
  • 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1½ c. beef stock
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp. thyme leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Place bottom halves of the slider buns in a large baking sheet.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in onion and thyme sprigs. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions begin to soften and turn slightly golden, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and reduce heat to medium. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the onions are soft and caramelized, about 10 to 15 minutes more. Remove from heat.
  3. Build the sliders. Top the slider buns with roast beef and cheese, then cover with caramelized onions. Place the remaining halves of the slider buns on top. Brush the tops of the slider buns with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder, sea salt and parsley. Bake until the cheese is melted and the sandwiches are warmed through,10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, make au jus. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add beef stock, worcestershire sauce and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes or until reduced slightly.
  5. Serve sliders warm with au jus for dipping.

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sriracha
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Chopped cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425º. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, and garlic.
  2. On a large baking sheet, toss cauliflower in sauce until fully coated. Season generously with salt and pepper. Spread into an even layer and roast until slightly charred and tender, 30 to 35 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve.

Ingredients
  • 1 tube biscuit dough
  • 16 1" cubes cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley
  • kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Place cheese cubes on a small sheet tray and freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 400° and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove biscuits from can and using a serrated paring knife, cut the biscuit in half horizontally, creating two rounds.
  3. Place one square cheese in the center of sliced biscuit and wrap dough to cover cheese. Pinch to seal and place on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Repeat until all cheese and biscuit is used.
  4. In a small bowl, combine butter with parsley. Brush on bombs and season with salt. Bake until golden, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve.

No Carb Philly Cheesesteaks

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 large bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lb. skirt steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. shredded provolone
  • 8 large butterhead lettuce leaves
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add onion and bell peppers. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, until the onions and peppers are tender, about 5 minutes. Remove peppers and onions from skillet and heat remaining oil in skillet.
  2. Add steak in a single layer and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the steak is seared on one side, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook until the steak is seared on the second side and is cooked to your liking, about 2 minutes more for medium.
  3. Add onion mixture back to skillet and toss to combine. Sprinkle provolone over steak and onions then cover skillet with a tight-fitting lid and cook until the cheese has melted, about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
  4. Arrange lettuce on a serving platter. Scoop steak mixture onto each piece of lettuce. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Ingredients
  • 1 (6-oz.) can tuna, drained
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp. chopped dill, plus more for garnish
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 dill pickles
  • ¼ c. grape tomatoes, sliced in rounds
  • ½ c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°. In a large bowl, combine tuna, mayo, Dijon, celery, lemon juice, and dill. Mix until combined and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Slice pickles in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, scoop out the seeds to create boats. Place pickles on a small baking sheet, fill with tuna salad and top with sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle all over with cheddar and place in the oven. Bake until cheese is melted, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve.

Ingredients
Muffin Batter:
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • Generous ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup shortening
  • 1½ to 2 cups sweet orange marmalade (use 2 cups if you like the bitter marmalade taste, less if you don't)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 whole eggs, beaten
Topping:
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Wheat germ, for sprinkling
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. For the muffin batter: Sift together the flour, granulated sugar and baking powder. Place the flour mixture in a mixing bowl. Use a pastry cutter to mix in the butter and shortening.
  3. Mix the marmalade, orange juice and vanilla in a small bowl. Pour the marmalade mixture into the flour mixture. Pour the eggs into the bowl. Mix all ingredients together gently, using fewer than 10 large strokes.
  4. For the topping: Mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a small bowl.
  5. Fill muffin pans with batter. Sprinkle 1 heaping teaspoon of topping ingredients over each muffin. Sprinkle ½ teaspoon wheat germ over the top for extra crunch if desired.
  6. Bake until done, 20 to 22 minutes. Remove the muffins from the pan and cool on a wire rack. Eat warm or at room temperature.
