Premium Tres Leches Cake
Sweetened condensed milk, whole milk and whipping cream are the traditional “three milks” that are mixed together and poured into “poke” holes, saturating this tres leches cake and transforming it from an everyday sheet cake into a moist, flavorful and deeply rich dessert.

Ingredients
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ yellow cake mix
  • 1¼ cups water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1 cup whole milk or evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 container Betty Crocker™ Whipped fluffy white frosting
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan.
  3. Bake as directed on box for 13x9-inch pan. Let stand 5 minutes. Poke top of hot cake every ½ inch with long-tined fork, wiping fork occasionally to reduce sticking.
  4. In large bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk, whole milk and whipping cream. Carefully pour evenly over top of cake. Cover; refrigerate about 1 hour or until mixture is absorbed into cake. Frost with frosting. Store covered in refrigerator.

Caramel-Drizzled Brownie Hearts
Love brownies? Here's a special way to love every chocolaty crumb.

Ingredients
  • 1 box (1 lb 6.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ Supreme original brownie mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 48 caramels, unwrapped (from 14 oz)
  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • ⅓ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Line bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with foil. Grease bottom only of foil with shortening or cooking spray. Make brownie mix as directed on box. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
  2. Using foil to lift, remove brownie from pan. Remove foil. With deep 3-inch heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut 12 brownies.
  3. In medium microwavable bowl, microwave caramels and whipping cream uncovered on High 1 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute, until caramels are melted.
  4. Arrange brownies on serving plate. Drizzle caramel mixture over brownies. Sprinkle with pecans.

  • pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ oatmeal cookie mix
  • ½
  • cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1

Filling
  • 40
  • caramels, unwrapped
  • cup whipping cream
  • ¾
  • cup chopped pecans
Topping
  • 1
  • bag (11.5 oz) milk chocolate chips (2 cups)
  • cup whipping cream
  • ¼
  • cup chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter, water and egg until soft dough forms. Stir in 1 cup pecans. Press dough in bottom and up sides of ungreased 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom.
  2. Bake 19 to 21 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 10 minutes. Using back of a spoon, gently press center of crust to flatten slightly.
  3. Meanwhile, in medium microwavable bowl, microwave caramels and ⅓ cup cream on High 2 to 4 minutes, stirring twice, until caramels are melted. Stir in ¾ cup pecans. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
  4. In medium bowl, place chocolate chips. In 1-quart saucepan, heat ⅓ cup whipping cream over medium-low heat 3 to 5 minutes or until hot. Pour cream over chocolate chips in bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Stir until smooth. Pour over filling. Sprinkle with ¼ cup pecans. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set. To serve, let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before cutting. Store covered in refrigerator.

Milk Chocolate-Malt Brownies
A luscious chocolate dessert with just a hint of malted milk flavor, everything you love about a chocolate shake in a brownie.

  • 1 package (11.5 ounces) milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup butter or margarine
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1¾ cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup instant malted milk powder
  • 1/ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup malted milk balls, coarsely chopped
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease bottom and sides of rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches.
  2. Melt milk chocolate and butter in 3-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently; remove from heat. Cool slightly. Mix in sugar, vanilla and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients except malted milk balls.
  3. Spread batter in pan. Sprinkle with malted milk balls.
  4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool. For 48 brownies, cut into 8 rows by 6 rows.

  • 1 pound bacon, cooked
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • Additional green onions, cooked bacon, tomato, and lettuce for garnish, if desired
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream cheese in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Crumble bacon into mixture and stir. Add cheddar cheese, green onions, and tomato and mix well. Pour into a shallow dish or pie pan and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbling. Garnish with additional green onions, tomato, and crumbled bacon. Serve with corn chips.

Christmas Sugar Cookie Pie
Christmas’ signature cookie goes big time in this pie, made easy with Betty Crocker™ sugar cookie mix and whatever festive candies you have on hand.

Ingredients
  • 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ sugar cookie mix
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup red, green and white candy sprinkles
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 to 4 teaspoons milk
  • Assorted holiday candies
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 325°F. Spray bottom only of 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, mix cookie mix, ½ cup softened butter and egg with spoon until soft dough forms. Stir in candy sprinkles. Press dough in bottom of pie plate.
  3. Bake 33 to 38 minutes or until center is set and edges are golden brown. If needed, cover edges of cookie with foil to keep from overbrowning. Cool completely, about 1½ hours.
  4. In medium bowl, beat powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons softened butter, the vanilla and 3 teaspoons of the milk with electric mixer on low speed until smooth and creamy. If necessary, add additional milk to make frosting easy to spread.
  5. Spread frosting over cookie pie. Decorate top of frosted cookie as desired with assorted holiday candies. To serve, cut into wedges.
