Ingredients
  • 500g Pizza dough
  • 24 Cooked chicken nuggets
  • Sliced mozzarella
  • Marinara sauce
  • 2 cups finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Roll out pizza dough to about ¼-inch thick. Cut out 3½ -inch circles.
  2. Place a piece of cheese in the center of each round, top with a chicken nugget to one side. Fold over one side and press to seal the edges. Let them sit for 30 minutes to rise again.
  3. Meanwhile, heat oil to 170ºF. When the oil is hot, fry until golden on both sides.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together parmesan, pepper, parsley and garlic powder. Toss each drained and slightly cooled calzone in the cheese mixture to coat.
  5. Serve with marinara.
  6. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 square tin loaf
  • ¾ cup garlic butter
  • 12 slices mozzarella
  • 1½ cups bechamel sauce
  • 2 cups ragu bolognese
  • ½ cup parmesan
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F
  2. Cut the loaf lengthways into four equal slices.
  3. Brush each with the garlic butter and grill/broil until toasted.
  4. Layer up the lasagna loaf – first lay down mozzarella and spread with a layer of the bechamel, then a layer of bolognese. Repeat with all the layers except the top of the loaf, which you should smother with remaining bechamel and sprinkle with parmesan.
  5. Take away and bake for 30 – 40 mins, until the bechamel on top has bubbled up and browned slightly and the loaf is hot all the way through.

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2.2 lb sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion, sliced roughly
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 2 cups stout
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 24 slices emmental
  • 12 slider rolls
Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large, deep pan with a lid. Add the steak pieces and fry until they have a nice colour, then stir in the flour and seasoning and cook until the steak has browned all over. Remove from the pan.
  2. Add the butter and melt, then add the mushrooms and onions and cook until the mushrooms let off some water, then add the liquids and thyme and deglaze some of the sticky bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring to a simmer and cover with a lid and leave, stirring occasionally, for about 40 minutes, or until the beef has softened. Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F.
  3. Lay the bottom halves of the slider rolls in a baking tray and top with 12 layers of cheese. Using a slotted spoon take some of the beef onion mix and spoon it onto each roll then top with more cheese and the top of the rolls. Spoon over the excess gravy and bake for 30 minutes, basting with more gravy if necessary.

Ingredients
  • 500g beef mince
  • 2 small carrots, finely diced
  • 1 white onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ cup red wine
  • 1½ cups passata
  • 1½ cups bechamel sauce
  • 1½ cups grated mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • 8 par cooked flat lasagna noodles
  • Fresh basil
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet heat 1 tsp oil over medium-high heat. Add beef mince and break apart using a wooden spoon. Add one tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Cook until browned. Remove from heat and drain in a strainer.
  2. In the same skillet heat remaining oil over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until beginning to soften, add garlic, carrots and continue cooking until vegetables are soft. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Add back cooked mince and stir coat. Season with remaining salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Add wine and cook to reduce about 1 minute. Add passata and cook until just bubbling. Cover with a lid lower heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat to cool.
  3. Pre-heat oven to 180c (350F). Lay one noodle down horizontally. Spread a thin layer of béchamel over top in the center in a square shape. Top with another lasagna noodle vertically covering the square of béchamel. Spread more béchamel to cover a square again and top with cooled beef mince. Sprinkle over mozzarella evenly.
  4. Fold over left side first, then bottom, then right, then top piece and tuck in the top left corner under the top corner of the left side. Repeat with remaining noodles and mix. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, greased with a bit of oil.
  5. Cover each with béchamel, mozzarella and parmesan. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until bubbling and cooked. Grill until just golden brown.

Ingredients
  • 2 green peppers, chopped into strips
  • 1 white onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1k beef mince
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 15 slices provolone
  • 20 rashers of streaky bacon
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F.
  2. Sauté the peppers and onions with the salt on a medium heat until the peppers have softened and the onions have turned a dark golden colour. Leave to cool in a bowl.
  3. Mix the beef mince with the dried oregano, cayenne, salt and pepper. On a sheet of tin foil press the beef into an even rectangle.
  4. Lay slices of provolone across the middle and top with the peppers and onion mix.
  5. Gently roll the meat up from the smaller end of the rectangle, using the foil to push it into a large sausage shape.
  6. Lay the strips of bacon across another sheet of tin foil and repeat, making sure the meat roll is tightly wrapped up in a lovely bacon jacket.
  7. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for a further 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  • 2 sirloin steaks, sliced as thin as possible
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 glass white wine
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • lots of chips
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 cup parmesan, grated
Instructions
  1. Fry your steak one steak at a time on a hot cast iron pan greased with your 2 tsp oil. Try not to move too much to minimise boiling and maximise colour (and therefore flavour). Put the steak on top of your fries.
  2. To the steak pan, add your butter, then go in with your onion. Fry until translucent, then add your garlic. Fry briefly, then add your flour. Cook out then add your stock and wine. Bring to a simmer then add cream. Simmer until thick.
  3. Add parsley, pepper, parmesan and stir to combine. When reduced, remove and pour all over fries.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley and…..enjoy!!!

Ingredients
  • 3 cups beef mince
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 slices American style cheese
  • 2 cups coarse ground cornmeal
  • 1¼ cups plain flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp groundnut oil
  • 2 cups milk
  • Groundnut oil, for frying
Instructions
  1. Mix the beef mince with the sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Divide the mixture into even sausage shaped patties and wrap them up in the cheese slices, making sure they are slightly longer than the slices. Skewer them on thick wooden skewers then take them away and chill them in the fridge for around an hour.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together the dry ingredients for the batter then add the wet ones, whisking to make a fairly thick paste. Put this in a wide, high sides jug or jar.
  3. Heat the oil to 175°C/360°F and dip each cheese wrapped burger sausage in the batter, shaking off the excess, then hold in the oil for around 4-5 minutes until internal temp reaches 75°C/170°F. If the corndogs are getting too dark in the oil, transfer to the oven until cooked through.
  4. Enjoy!

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 small white onions, diced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup passata
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 3 cups bechamel
  • 450g yellow cheddar cheese, grated
  • 8 large fresh lasagna sheets
  • Chopped gherkins
  • Sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, add oil to pan and onions. Cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef, breaking apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and just dry. Add passata, ketchup, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir to combine and bring to a boil. Turn down to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes to reduce. Take off heat and cool completely.
  4. Add béchamel to a pot over medium heat. Add 350g cheddar cheese and stir until completely melted, take off the heat and cool.
  5. In a 11×13-inch deep baking dish, add a layer of beef mixture. Top with two lasagna sheets followed by a layer of cheesy béchamel, two more lasagna sheets, beef mixture, two more lasagna sheets, cheesy béchamel and two final lasagna sheets.
  6. Top with remaining grated cheese evenly.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Grill cheese on top if necessary.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped gherkins and sesame seeds.
  9. Slice and enjoy!

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 8 rashers bacon, chopped
  • ¼ cup finely chopped gherkins
  • ¼ cup finely chopped white onion
  • 18 slices American cheese
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 440g pizza dough
  • Egg wash
  • Sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 200C (400F). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large non-stick pan over medium heat, fry bacon until just crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add ground beef to hot pan and break apart. Cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder, stir to combine. Stir in bacon and ketchup. Cook for another 5 minutes to reduce. Take off heat and let cool completely.
  4. Roll out pizza dough into a long rectangle.
  5. Lay 9 pieces of American cheese down, top with a layer of beef mixture, chopped onions, gherkins and another 9 pieces of American cheese. Roll into a tight log. Slice into 1-inch thick pieces and place cut side up on the baking sheet. Brush edges and center spiral of dough with egg wash. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Enjoy!

  • 2 cups crushed cookie crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 cups chopped chocolate
  • 1 cup butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1¼ cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup salted caramel sauce
  • ½ cup coarsely chopped chocolate
  • 1½ cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C (350F). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl mix together cookie crumbs, sugar, and butter until combined and wet sand-like texture. Press into the base of the springform pan and use the back of a spoon or small bowl to press in.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, set aside to cool.
  4. In a large microwavable bowl melt chocolate and butter together. Stir in both sugar and then eggs into a smooth batter. Fold in flour and chopped chocolate pieces until just combined.
  5. Pour caramel sauce over cooled cookie base. Pour brownie mix over top and spread to the edges, evenly. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out with some crumbs, just set.
  6. Sprinkle marshmallows over entire top of brownie and place under the grill for 2-3 minutes to toast marshmallows. Keep a close eye on them to not burn.
  7. Let cool for 30 minutes and cut.
  8. Enjoy!
