Ingredients
  • ½ lb. sliced salami
  • ½ c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325° and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salami in a single layer on baking sheet and bake until crisp, 20-25 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, make sauce: in a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Whisk until smooth. Serve salami chips with sauce on side.

Ingredients
  • 3 c. corn chex
  • 2 c. wheat chex
  • 2 c. mini pretzels
  • 2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1 c. red and green M&Ms
  • 20 oz. white chocolate
  • Red and green sprinkles, for garnish
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together Corn Chex, Wheat Chex, pretzels, mini marshmallows, and M&Ms.
  2. Melt white chocolate and pour over mixture. Stir until fully coated.
  3. Transfer mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet or dish and top with sprinkles, then refrigerate until firm, 1 hour.
  4. Break up into bite-size pieces and serve.

Creme Brûlée Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
FOR THE COOKIES
  • ¾ c. unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ c. light brown sugar, lightly packed
  • ½ c. sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
FOR THE FROSTING
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1¼ c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ c. sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° and line two cookie sheets with parchment. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, 3 to 4 minutes. Mix in egg and vanilla.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt, then add mixture to wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Dough will be thick.
  3. Place tablespoon balls of dough onto parchment-lined cookie sheets. Bake until edges are starting to brown, 7 to 8 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool 2 to 3 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
  5. Make frosting: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  6. Put sugar into a small bowl. Spread some frosting onto tops of each cookie, then press into granulated sugar, coating frosting with sugar.
  7. Just before serving, use a kitchen torch to caramelize sugar on top, then set aside to cool. If you don’t have a kitchen torch, heat broiler and broil cookies until sugar caramelizes, 1 to 2 minutes (watch carefully!). Store cookies in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Hot Cocoa Pudding Shots

Ingredients
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 packet hot cocoa mix
  • ⅔ c. whole milk
  • ⅔ c. Baileys Irish Cream
  • ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream, for serving
  • Cocoa powder, for serving
  • Marshmallow bits, for serving
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine chocolate pudding and cocoa mix with milk. Whisk until fully incorporated. Add Baileys and vanilla and whisk again. Pour into cups and refrigerate until thickened, 2 hours.
  2. Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cocoa powder, and marshmallow bits. Serve.

Holiday Cheery Bombs

Ingredients
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries with stems
  • 2 c. bourbon
  • 1 c. white chocolate chips
  • red, white, and green sanding sugar
Instructions
  1. Soak cherries in bourbon for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Remove cherries and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Heat chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
  3. Dip each cherry two-thirds of the way into the melted white chocolate, twisting it slightly to help the chocolate stick. Dip the cherry in red, green, or white sanding sugar, coating it halfway up the white chocolate coating.
  4. Chill in fridge 20 minutes before serving.

Hot Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
  • 2 14 oz. cans sweetened condensed milk, divided
  • 2 packets hot chocolate mix
  • 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 c. white chocolate chips
  • ½ c. marshmallow bits
Instructions
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add chocolate chips. Microwave in 1-minute intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted. Combine with one can sweetened condensed milk and 2 packets hot chocolate mix.
  2. In another microwave-safe bowl, add white chocolate chips and microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted. Mix with second can of sweetened condensed milk.
  3. In a parchment-lined 8”x 8” baking dish, pour hot chocolate mixture. Top with white chocolate mixture, then sprinkle with marshmallow bits.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set. Cut into 1” bars and serve.

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ c. finely chopped artichoke hearts
  • ½ c. finely chopped spinach
  • 2 c. shredded mozzarella
  • ½ c. freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Crescent dough sheet
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, artichoke, spinach, cheeses, garlic and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper and fold until smooth.
  2. Remove crescent dough from can and lie flat on baking sheet. Spread all cream cheese mixture on dough, leaving a ½” crust. Brush crust with egg wash and bake until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Garnish with more parmesan and parsley, slice and serve.

Loaded Slow-Cooker Potatoes
The best thing about comfort food is not actually have to cook it.

Ingredients
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 lb. baby potatoes, halved and quartered if large
  • 3 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked
  • ¼ c. sliced green onions, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Sour cream, drizzling
Instructions
  1. Line a slow cooker with foil and spray with cooking spray. Add half the potatoes, 1¼ cups cheese, half the garlic, ⅓ of the cooked bacon, half the green onions, and half the paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat.
  2. Cover and cook on high until potatoes are tender, 5 to 6 hours. (The bigger your potatoes, the longer they'll need.) About 20 to 30 minutes before serving, top with remaining cheese and bacon (this is your moment to make the potatoes look pretty!).
  3. Garnish with more green onions, drizzle with sour cream, and serve.

Ingredients
  • Cooking spray, for pan
  • 1 16.5-oz. tube sugar cookie dough
  • ½ c. cinnamon sugar
  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ c. sugar
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 6 oz. cool whip
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° and grease two 12-cup muffin with cooking spray. Slice the cookie dough into 20 portions, then press each disc of dough into a muffin cup, patting the sides down gently to form a well.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden.
  3. As soon as they’re out, use a shot glass (sprayed with cooking spray) to gently press down the center of each cookie. Set tray aside to cool for at least 20 minutes. Remove from baking tray to cool completely on wire rack.
  4. Meanwhile, make cheesecake filling. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and salt until smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip.
  5. Spoon filling into cooled cookie cups, smoothing the top with an offset spatula and serve.
