Pickle Sliders
No buns, no problem!

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- ¼ c. bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp. ketchup
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- vegetable oil
- 3 slices cheddar, quartered
- 1 jar pickle chips
- Lettuce
- Sliced tomato
Instructions
- Make the sliders: In a medium bowl, mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, mustard, ketchup, and garlic powder together with a wooden spoon. Season with salt and pepper and stir gently to combine. Form the mixture into small patties.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat vegetable oil. Add the beef patties and cook for about 3 minutes, until the bottoms develop a nice seared crust. Flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes, then add the cheese slices to the tops of the patties. Cover the pan with a large lid and cook until cheese melts.
- Assemble the sliders: Place 10 pickle chips (or however many patties you have cooked) on a serving platter. Top each pickle with lettuce, tomato, and a cooked patty. Top with another pickle chip and serve immediately.
