Ingredients
  • Cooking spray, for pan
  • Flour, for pan
  • 1 box yellow cake mix, plus ingredients called for on box
  • 2 boxes vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 bananas, thinly sliced
  • 20 Nilla Wafers, 4 crushed
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350º and grease and flour a 9-x-13" cake pan. Prepare yellow cake mix according to box instructions. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare pudding: In a small bowl, whisk together pudding packets and milk until thick. Set aside.
  3. In another large bowl, beat cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  4. Using the bottom of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake. Spread pudding mixture on top and top with a layer of banana slices. Spread whipped cream on top and sprinkle all over with crushed and whole Nilla Wafers and bananas.
  5. Slice and serve.

Ice Cream Milk Cake

Ice Cream Milk Cake
For a cake that's uber moist and rich, it's hard to beat this milk cake made with, you guessed it, three different types of milk.

Ingredients
  • Batter:
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1⅓ cups milk
  • 1½ cups flour
  • 4 egg whites, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Filling:
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup butter, room temperature
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2¾ cups powdered milk, plus ½ cup to sprinkle
  • Drizzle:
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ can condensed milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, beat the sugar, butter and egg yolks until mixture is stiff and combined. Mix in the milk and then add the flour, stirring until combined. Gently add the egg whites and the baking powder, mixing well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Using a mixer, blend 1 can of condensed milk with the butter.
  5. Add the cream, mixing well, and gradually add the powdered milk. Set aside in the fridge.
  6. For the drizzle, mix ½ cup milk with ½ can of condensed milk and set aside.
  7. When chilled, cut the cake in half. Place half back in the pan and drizzle with half of the condensed milk syrup.
  8. Add three-fourths of the filling, and cover with the other half of the cake. Drizzle with the rest of the condensed milk syrup. Cover with the rest of the filling, and sprinkle with powdered milk.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Remove the edges, cut into wedges and serve.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 bell peppers, seeded, diced
  • 9 medium flour tortillas
  • 3 cups shredded mexican cheese blend
  • 8 oz monterey jack cheese, sliced into 1-inch (2½ cm) pieces
  • 18 tortilla chips
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Season flank steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin and chili powder.
  3. Heat a pan over high heat. Add the flank steak and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the flank steak from the pan and let rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Turn heat down to medium. Add oil, garlic and onion to the pan. Cook until onions are translucent.
  6. Add the bell peppers, salt, and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes, until softened.
  7. Slice steak into ¼-inch (1 cm) cubes.
  8. Add the cubed steak and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
  9. Lay out one medium tortilla. Sprinkle Mexican cheese in the center, place two tortilla chips side by side over it, place a 1-inch chunk of jack cheese over the tortilla chips and finally, add roughy two spoonfuls of fajita mix on top.
  10. Fold the top part of the tortilla over the mix and towards yourself, rotate the tortilla and repeat, creating folds as you go. Continue until the entire tortilla is folded towards the center. Flip over and place on a small baking pan.
  11. Cover with mexican blend cheese and bake for 25 minutes.
  12. Top with cilantro, serve.
  13. Enjoy!

  • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 bell peppers (red and green), chopped
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 6-7 slices provolone cheese
  • Hoagie rolls, for serving
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onions and peppers and season with salt and pepper. Cook until very soft, stirring occasionally, 10 to 12 minutes.
  2. Add chicken and Italian seasoning and stir to combine
  3. Cook until chicken is golden, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
  4. Top all over with provolone and cover with a lid. Let melt 1 minute.
  5. Serve chicken-peppers mixture on hoagies.

Ingredients
  • 1 c. large semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 large apples
  • Caramel, for drizzling
  • Melted white chocolate, for drizzling
  • Crushed Oreos, for topping
  • Crushed pretzels, for topping
  • rainbow sprinkles, for topping
  • M&M's, for topping
Instructions
  1. Set up a double boiler: Bring a saucepan of water to a simmer. Set a glass bowl over the saucepan (the bottom of the bowl should not touch the water), then add chocolate chips to bowl. Stir until melted, then stir in coconut oil.
  2. Place apples upright on a cutting board and cut into ½” to ¾” slices. Using a paring knife, make a small cut onto the bottom of each apple slice. Insert popsicle stick.
  3. Line a large baking sheet with wax paper and grease with cooking spray.
  4. Dip apple slices into melted chocolate and place on the baking sheet. Refrigerate until chocolate sets, 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with caramel and melted white chocolate and top as desired. Return to refrigerator until the white chocolate and caramel set, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator.

Ingredients
  • 1 tube biscuit dough
  • 16 1" cubes cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley
  • kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Place cheese cubes on a small sheet tray and freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 400° and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove biscuits from can and using a serrated paring knife, cut the biscuit in half horizontally, creating two rounds.
  3. Place one square cheese in the center of sliced biscuit and wrap dough to cover cheese. Pinch to seal and place on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Repeat until all cheese and biscuit is used.
  4. In a small bowl, combine butter with parsley. Brush on bombs and season with salt. Bake until golden, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
  • ½ yellow onion, sliced into half moons
  • 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lb. skirt steak, cut into ½" slices
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • ½ tsp. chili powder
  • 4 c. cooked brown rice
  • 1 c. black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 c. frozen corn, warmed
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro, for garnish
  • Sour cream, for serving
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Add the onions and peppers, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until onions are translucent and peppers are tender, 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from skillet and reserve.
  2. Add remaining vegetable oil and let heat for about 30 seconds, then add skirt steak to pan. Squeeze lime over steak and season with cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Let them sit for a minute or so to get a nice sear, then cook to your preference, about another 5 minutes for medium well done steak. Remove from skillet.
  3. Build bowls: start with about 1 cup rice per bowl. Top with steak, onions and peppers, avocado, black beans and corn.
  4. Garnish with cilantro and drizzle with sour cream. Serve.

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 15 oz. crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. Freshly Chopped Basil
  • pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 slices mozzarella
  • Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken and season with salt, pepper, and half the Italian seasoning. Cook 8 minutes, then flip and season other side. Cook 8 minutes more. Transfer to a plate to let rest.
  2. Add garlic to skillet and cook until fragrant, 1 minute, then add balsamic vinegar to deglaze pan, scraping up brown bits with a wooden spoon. Add crushed tomatoes, basil, and crushed red pepper flakes and stir until combined and warmed through, 3 minutes.
  3. Return chicken to pan and nestle in sauce. Top each breast with 1 slice mozzarella and cover with a lid until melted.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Ingredients
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into bite-size florets
  • ⅓ c. honey
  • ⅓ c. soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp. sriracha
  • ¼ c. water
  • 2 tsp. corn starch
  • ¼ c. Sliced scallions
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour and cauliflower, toss until fully coated. Set up a dredging station: In one bowl, add panko breadcrumbs and in another bowl whisk eggs and add 2 tablespoons water. Dip cauliflower in beaten eggs, then panko until fully coated. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and season generously with salt and pepper. Bake until golden and crispy, 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, make sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water, until the cornstarch dissolves completely. Set aside. Combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, lime juice and Sriracha in a small saucepan over medium heat. When the mixture reaches a boil, reduce heat and add the cornstarch mixture. Bring to simmer again and cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  4. Toss cooked cauliflower in sauce until evenly coated. Return the cauliflower to baking sheet and broil for 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with scallions.
