Ingredients
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (115 g), 1 stick, softened
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract, divided
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (100 g)
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (185 g)
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 6 oz cream cheese (170 g), room temperature
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar (40 g)
  • ⅓ cup chocolate hazelnut spread (95 g)
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
  • 1 cup fresh berries (175 g)
  • peanut butter
  • mini pretzel
  • ½ cup fruit cereal (25 g)
  • mini marshmallow
  • graham cracker, chopped
  • 1 cup chocolate chunk (175 g)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C). Line a 10-inch (25-cm) cast iron pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the butter with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the granulated sugar, then the brown sugar, and mix until well incorporated.
  4. Add the egg and stir until thoroughly incorporated.
  5. Using a fine mesh sieve, sift the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt into the dough. Combine with a spatula until evenly mixed.
  6. Spread the cookie dough in an even layer in the prepared pan. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, then bake for 15-18 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool.
  7. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and remaining ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract until well incorporated.
  8. Spread half of the frosting onto a quarter of the cooled cookie and the other half on the diagonally opposite corner.
  9. Frost the other quarters with the chocolate hazelnut spread.
  10. Decorate with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce (180 mL)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Frank's Red Hot Original, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cornmeal
  • 1 lb pizza dough (455 g)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (150 g)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded chicken (190 g)
  • 3 pieces bacon, torn into ½-inch (1¼ cm) pieces
  • 1 small handful fresh baby spinach
  • ¾ cup cherry tomato, halved (150 g)
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, minced
  • ranch dressing, for drizzling
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF (230ºC).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together pizza sauce with Frank’s Red Hot Original. Set aside.
  3. Drizzle a 12-inch (30 ½ cm) cast iron skillet with olive oil. Use your hand or a paper towel to evenly coat the pan with oil. Sprinkle pan with cornmeal.
  4. Press pizza dough into the pan so that it covers the whole surface evenly.
  5. Spread spicy pizza sauce on the dough. Top with mozzarella, chicken, and bacon. Scatter spinach, cherry tomatoes, and red onion on top.
  6. Bake pizza for 14–16 minutes until edges are browned and crisp.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes, then drizzle with Frank’s Red Hot Original and ranch dressing. Slice and serve.

20-Minute One-Pan Pizza
I made this yesterday, I will make it again today, and another time tomorrow. ?

Ingredients
  • ½ cup warm water (120 mL)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ⅔ cup all purpose flour (85 g)
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon instant yeast
  • ½ teaspoon salt
TOPPINGS
  • ½ cup marinara sauce (120 mL)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (200 g)
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices (75 g)
  • fresh basil, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
  1. In a large nonstick pan, combine the warm water, olive oil, flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Use a spatula to stir the ingredients, then smooth the dough to the edges of the pan.
  2. Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, all the way to the edges. Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly over the sauce, then top with the pepperoni.
  3. Place over medium heat, cover, and cook for 10 minutes with the vent covered.
  4. Uncover the vent and cook for 5 more minutes, until the edges are crispy.
  5. Slide the pizza out of the pan onto a cutting board and let cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with basil, then slice and serve.
  7. Enjoy!

Deep Dish Pizza Buns
We love a good deep dish pizza. But instead of making the dough we've done a cheats version and filled a bun with the same goodness. Brushed with garlic butter, these are incredibly delicious!

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 4 sausages removed from casing
  • ½ cup chopped pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 5 Hot dog buns, hollowed with a 2 cm edge
  • Sliced mozzarella cheese
  • Grated parmesan
  • ¼ cup garlic butter
Instructions
  1. In a large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage meat. Sear and break apart with the back of a spoon. When cooked, add pepperoni and cook through. Remove and let cool slightly.
  2. In a pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened and translucent. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, and, sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer until thick.
  3. Arrange the buns in a tray. Top each with mozzarella and press down. Fill with a layer of sausage and pepperoni mix. Top with another slice of cheese & more sausage mix. Top with a layer of tomato sauce and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
  4. Brush outside with garlic butter.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes until cheese is melted, enjoy!

Fried Pizza Bombs
Have you ever had deep fried pizza? It's delicious and this is your chance. Stuffed pizza dough falls fried until golden brown is the perfect appetizer or game day snack! Make a load of these Pizza Fritti Bombs and everyone will enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella
  • ½ cup chopped pepperoni
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 250g pizza dough
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup pizza dough
  • Oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a deep pot to 170ºC.
  2. Mix together cheese, pepperoni, and oregano until combined.
  3. Roll out golf balls sized dough balls flat. Place 1 tsp pizza sauce in the centre and top with about 1 tbsp of the cheese mix. Fold over the edges and pinch to seal into a ball.
  4. Fry each dough ball until golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, mix together parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, and pepper. Toss warm dough balls until coated evenly
  6. Enjoy hot!

Ingredients
  • PIZZA DOUGH
  • 1 ½ cups warm water (360 mL)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 3 ½ cups flour (435 g)
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese (25 g)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • PIZZA RING
  • 2 tablespoons cornmeal
  • 8 slices pepperoni, deli style
  • 8 slices provolone cheese, deli style
  • 3 cups tomato sauce, divided (780 g)
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (300 g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
  1. In a liquid measuring cup, sprinkle the yeast over the warm water. Set aside for 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. In a bowl, add 3 cups (375 g) of the flour, Parmesan, baking powder, salt, and sugar and stir to combine.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of the olive oil and stir to combine. Pour the yeast water over the flour mixture and stir until the dough forms into a ball.
  4. Use ¼ cup (30 g) of flour for dusting the surface. Scrape the dough out of the bowl onto your floured surface. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until the dough is tight. You may need to sprinkle a little flour while you're kneading if the dough is too sticky. Form the dough into a ball.
  5. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a bowl. Place the dough in the bowl. 7. Cover, let rise for 1 hour in a warm area, or until the dough has doubled in size.
  6. Flour the surface. Flip bowl over surface and let the dough fall out of the bowl. Divide the dough into 3 equal balls.
  7. Begin forming the dough into a circle about ½-inch (1 cm) thick and 8 inches (20 cm) wide, making sure the middle of the circle is not too thin. Repeat with the other 2 balls of dough.
  8. Sprinkle the cornmeal on a baking sheet. Place dough on the baking sheet.
  9. Place 4 slices of pepperoni on the dough in the center. Place 4 slices of the provolone over the pepperoni. Spread half of the tomato sauce around the edge of the dough. Sprinkle 1½ cups (150 g) of mozzarella over the sauce around the edge of the circle.
  10. Place the second circle of dough over the first and tuck the edges underneath the first layer of dough. Repeat with the pepperoni, provolone, tomato sauce, and mozzarella. Place the third layer of dough over the second. Tuck the edges underneath.
  11. Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
  12. With a knife make one vertical cut in the center of the pizza, making sure you cut through all of the layers. Make another horizontal cut, then 2 diagonal cuts so you have 8 triangles to fold over. Begin folding back each layer, creating an opening in the center. Repeat 7 more times.
  13. Brush the ring with olive oil and bake for 40 minutes. Cover with foil and continue to bake for 20 minutes.
  14. Place a bowl filled with the rest of the tomato sauce in the center of the ring.
  15. Enjoy!

A deep dish pizza slathered in cheese and stuffed with a naughty crust of chicken - this is going to be your new favourite dirty dinner. It's basically everything you've wanted a pizza to be; an unholy (but delicious) trinity of chewy bread, sloppy cheese and tasty toppings.

Ingredients
  • 3 shredded chicken breasts
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • pizza dough
  • 6 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 1 cup cooked bacon pieces
  • 2 cups mixed cheddar and mozzarella
  • garlic butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F
  2. Mix together the shredded chicken with the mozzarella, BBQ sauce and salt.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough and lay it over a large oven tray. Spoon the mixture around the sides and fold them over, pressing together to seal.
  4. Spread the middle with pizza sauce and sprinkle with chopped bacon and mixed cheese - we used red cheddar and mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until the crust is nice and crisp and cooked through.

Keto Chicken Parm Pizza
Not getting enough color on your chicken "crust"? Try broiling for 3 to 5 minutes to get it extra golden.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • ¾ c. freshly grated Parmesan, divided
  • ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ c. marinara sauce
  • ½ c. freshly shredded mozzarella
  • Red pepper flakes, for serving (optional)
  • Basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400º and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, stir together ground chicken, ½ cup Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spray prepared baking sheet cooking spray. Form chicken mixture into a large round crust, about ½” thick.
  3. Bake until chicken is cooked through and golden, 20 to 22 minutes. Remove from oven and heat broiler.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce, leaving a small border around the circumference of the pizza. Top with mozzarella and broil until cheese is melty, 3 to 4 minutes. Garnish with remaining ¼ cup Parmesan, red pepper flakes if using, and fresh basil.

We've never met a pizza we didn't like, but it's safe to say we're in LOVE with this one.

Ingredients
  • 1 can pizza dough
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella
  • 1 package pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Roll pizza dough out on lightly floured surface. Par-bake dough for 4 to 6 minutes. Let cool slightly before handling. Spread an even layer of marinara sauce followed by cheese and pepperoni slices.
  3. Using a pizza cutter, cut dough into 5 long strips. Roll up each strip, adding the next strip each time, creating a large cinnamon roll-type shape.
  4. Place large pizza roll up in a lightly greased, round cake pan. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes. Cool slightly. Cut and serve. Enjoy!

Cheeseburger Stuffed Pizza
Move over, turducken. We now have the cheeseburger stuffed pizza - a vast, succulent patty stuffed inside the undisputed paragon of Italian cuisine. What more could anyone want? Old world meets new world, meat meets bread; welcome to your new favourite dinner.

Ingredients
  • 700g beef mince
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 pizza bases
  • 1½ cups red cheddar
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 6 rashes of bacon
  • Torn mozzarella
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
  2. Get the mince and mix the salt, pepper and garlic powder thoroughly through it. Fashion it into a really big burger shape on a sheet of baking paper - don't make it bigger than your biggest frying pan though, for obvious reasons.
  3. Carefully fry it off, flipping half way through, then set aside while you roll out the pizza dough out onto a tray.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of cheese straight onto the pizza dough and place the big burger on top. Sprinkle a little more cheese over the burger then place your second pizza base on top and crimp the edges together.
  5. Spoon with pizza sauce and sprinkle with bacon and mozzarella cubes.
  6. Bake for around 20 minutes until the cheese has melted into smooth pools of heaven and the crust has crisped to perfection. Devour.
