Ingredients
  • 1 lb pizza dough, divided
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced, divided
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 3 cups tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 12 oz tomato paste
  • 1 lb low moisture mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 lb meatballs
  • 2 cups caramelized onions
  • 3 cups bell peppers, chopped, sauteed
  • Parmesan, to serve
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Cut a 1 pound ball of pizza dough in half and roll out two large discs of dough.
  3. Spray the inside of a springform pan with cooking spray and lay in one of the dough discs. Press the dough into the corners.
  4. Sprinkle the olive oil, 2 cloves of the minced garlic, salt, and pepper on the dough and brush to cover the surface. Press the bottom of the dough with a fork.
  5. Bake until the dough is cooked and lightly golden brown, 15 minutes.
  6. Mix together the tomato puree, dried basil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, dried oregano, and tomato paste in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Into the partially cooked bottom layer of pizza dough, shingle a layer of mozzarella slices and then a layer of the homemade marinara sauce.
  8. Spiral the meatballs in the dish as tightly as possible. Cover with more marinara sauce.
  9. Add a layer of caramelized onions, and more sliced mozzarella.
  10. Add the green, yellow, and orange bell peppers on top of the mozzarella.
  11. Cut the second piece of dough into strips to form into a lattice pattern on top of the pie.
  12. Brush with 2 tablespoons more of olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, and kosher salt.
  13. Bake for 40 minutes to an hour, or until the dough on top is browned and the sauce, meatballs, and cheese are heated through.
  14. Slice the pie, serve with extra marinara sauce and grated parmesan.

  • 4 sheets puff pastry, chilled
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 25 hot dogs
  • spinach artichoke dip, to serve
  • chili dip, to serve
  • queso dip, to serve
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry into a square shape and brush the surface with egg wash.
  3. Cut the puff pastry sheet into 6 equal rectangles.
  4. Place a hot dog on the bottom of each pastry rectangle, then roll it up tightly.
  5. Slice each rolled hot dog into 3 equal segments.
  6. Repeat with the remaining puff pastry and hot dogs.
  7. In a large springform pan, place a circular wall of the hot dog pieces around the circumference of the edge. Stack a second row of rolled hot dogs on top, so that they go up the entire side of the pan.
  8. Build a 3-way wall with more hot dogs that all meet in the center to create 3 holes for the dips.
  9. Carefully place each dip into each open space, spreading them out evenly and making sure the walls don’t move.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
  11. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes until the pastry is crispy.
  12. Cool until warm to the touch. Unclasp the springform pan.

  • 18 slices bread, white sandwich bread
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 18 slices swiss cheese
  • 12 slices ham
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 6 eggs
  • chives, chopped, to serve
BÉCHAMEL
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 2 cups grated gruyere cheese
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven broiler to high.
  2. On a cutting board, butter all the toast and transfer to parchment paper-lined baking tray.
  3. Using a glass, cut a center hole out of 6 slices of bread.
  4. Broil bread for 5 minutes or until toasted.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
  6. For the Bechamel sauce, melt butter in a saucepan and add in flour, whisking until color slightly darkens.
  7. Add in milk and simmer on low heat until reduced by half.
  8. Remove from heat and add salt, pepper, nutmeg, gruyere, and parmesan and stir until fully incorporated.
  9. In a 9 x 13-inch baking tray lay out 6 pieces of toast.
  10. Top with a layer of 9 slices of cheese, then 6 slices of ham and 2 cups of spinach.
  11. Cover spinach with another layer of toast and top with a layer of 9 slices of cheese, then 6 slices of ham and 2 cups of spinach.
  12. Top the spinach with the 6 hollowed out bread slices.
  13. Crack an egg into each slice and cover the top layer with bechamel, leaving only the yolks exposed.
  14. Cover and bake for 35 minutes, or for an addition 10 minutes uncovered.
  15. Enjoy!

  • 16 chocolate sandwich cookies, seperated
  • 12 oz white chocolate
  • 8 cups rice cereal, divided
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar, divided
  • 12 oz semi sweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. Separate oreos with a butter knife and place cookies in one bowl, and cream filling in another larger bowl. Crush cookies and set aside.
  2. Pour white chocolate chips into the bowl with the cream filling and melt in the microwave 20 seconds at a time, stirring each 20 seconds until melted.
  3. Pour 4 cups of cereal into a container that has a lid. Pour white chocolate mixture into the container and cover with the lid. Shake until well coated.
  4. Pour ½ cup powdered sugar into the container and shake again until well coated. Set aside.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 20 second increments. Stirring each 20 seconds until melted.
  6. Pour 4 more cups of cereal into another container that has a lid. Pour melted chocolate mixture over the cereal and cover with the lid. Shake until well coated in chocolate.
  7. Pour cocoa powder and the remailing ¼ cup of powdered sugar over chocolate coated cereal. Cover and shake again until well coated.
  8. Combine the chocolate-coated cereal, white chocolate-coated cereal, and crushed cookies in a bowl.
  9. Enjoy right away, or wrap in cellophane or other decorative bag for gifts!

  • 2 ½ lb rack of lamb, frenched
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 8 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
  • ¾ cup breadcrumb
  • ¼ cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh rosemary
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ tablespoons whole grain dijon mustard
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season lamb generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a cast iron over medium high heat.
  4. To the hot pan, add in 4 tablespoons of the the olive oil, along with the lamb and garlic. Sear all sides of the lamb until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove browned lamb, and place cooked lamb onto a baking sheet.
  5. Remove garlic and add to food processor with along with the breadcrumbs, parsley, parmesan, rosemary, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Pulse until combined. Pour onto a large plate.
  6. Brush the top and sides of the lamb with mustard.
  7. Coat the top and sides of the lamb with the breadcrumb mixture and roast in oven for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Allow to rest before slicing.

  • 1 lb bacon
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • oil, for greasing pan
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese, divieded
  • 2 cups grated monterey jack cheese, divided
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped, divided
  • lettuce, to serve
  • tomato, sliced, to serve
  • 8 rolls, to serve
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
  2. On a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, lay 5 of the bacon strips down back to back. Lifting up every other strip, fold about 1-inch (2 cm) the bacon back on itself. Lay another slice of bacon perpendicular to the strips and fold the flaps back over the horizontal strip of bacon. Repeat with the rest of the bacon until a tight weave has formed.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, or until desired crispiness has been reached.
  4. In a 10-inch (25 cm) cast iron skillet heat the butter over medium-low heat. Add the onions and cook until a deep gold color, about 45 minutes. Remove from heat.
  5. In a bowl, mix together the beef, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Divide the beef mixture in half.
  6. On a piece of parchment paper spread half of the meat into a large circle about 10 inches (25 cm) long and 1 inch (2 cm) thick. Repeat with the other half of meat on a separate piece of parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle half of the cheddar and half of the Monterey Jack over one disk of ground beef, along with half of the parsley. Place the bacon lattice on top.
  8. Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar and Monterey on top of the bacon lattice, along with the rest of the parsley.
  9. Top with the caramelized onions. Place the other circle of meat on directly on top. Begin pinching together the meat patties making sure the fillings are not coming out, until a giant burger is formed.
  10. Heat a greased 10 inch (25 cm) cast iron skillet over medium heat. Place the giant burger in the skillet carefully while peeling away the bottom piece of parchment. Cook for 5 minutes, until it is a deep brown color.
  11. Using a large plate, place it over the skillet. While holding the plate in place flip the skillet so the burger falls onto to plate. Place the skillet back on the heat and slide the burger back into the pan so the cooked side is facing up now. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  12. Remove from heat and place skillet in the oven to finish cooking for 5 minutes
  13. Remove from pan using spatulas and place on a cutting board for serving.
  14. Cut into 8 or more pieces. Serve on a roll with lettuce and tomato.

Ingredients
  • 6-8 bell peppers, various colors
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • ½ pound sweet Italian sausage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 1 28-ounce can tomato sauce
  • 15 ounces whole milk ricotta
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 8-10 cooked lasagna noodles, quartered
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F/180˚C.
  2. Cut the top off of each pepper and remove the seeds. Transfer to a square baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, to soften.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot, or dutch oven, over medium high heat. 4. Add the onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  4. Add the ground beef, sausage, salt, and pepper. Cook until the meat has browned on all sides.
  5. Add the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Bring the mixture to a light simmer. 7. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, remove from heat and set aside.
  6. In a small bowl, combine ricotta, parmesan, basil, and egg. Mix together with a fork, set aside.
  7. Remove the peppers from the oven, drain any excess water that accumulated inside.
  8. Assemble the lasagna in each pepper. Alternate 2 tablespoons of sauce, 1 lasagna noodle, 2 tablespoons ricotta mixture, and 1 lasagna noodle until the peppers are full. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
  10. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  11. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 16 slices bacon, thick-cut
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ rotisserie chicken, or 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 6 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup spinach
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Over a long sheet of saran wrap, lay 8 of the bacon strips down back to back. Lifting up every other strip, fold about 1-inch the bacon back on itself. Lay another slice of bacon perpendicular to the strips and fold the flaps back over the horizontal strip of bacon. Repeat with the rest of the bacon until a tight weave has formed. Set aside in the fridge.
  3. In a medium saucepan, add the butter and garlic over medium heat, cooking until aromatic, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the cream, and bring to a boil.
  5. Add in the Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper, stirring constantly until the cheese has melted and there are no lumps remaining.
  6. Pour half of the mixture over the shredded chicken, reserving the other half to use a sauce in the end.
  7. Mix the chicken with the sauce until thoroughly combined.
  8. On a separate sheet of saran wrap, lay down the lasagna noodles, overlapping them slightly.
  9. Spread the chicken mixture over the noodles, making sure that you leave about a 1-centimeter gap at the bottom so the noodles have room to roll on themselves.
  10. Place the cheese slices evenly across the chicken, then press the spinach into a row centered between the cheese slices.
  11. While one hand keeps the spinach flat, use the other hand to lift the saran wrap up and over, causing the noodles to roll on themselves. Make sure to roll tightly until the entire thing has come together into a neat rolled bundle.
  12. Transfer the lasagna roll to the bottom of the bacon weave, and repeat the saran wrap rolling process until the bacon has tightly and completely wrapped the lasagna roll.
  13. Unwrap and transfer to a baking tray.
  14. Bake for about 25 minutes until the bacon is starting to get crispy but not too dark.
  15. Cool for about 15 minutes, then transfer the roll to a cutting board.
  16. Slice generous 1-inch thick portions, then serve with the remaining alfredo sauce.

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 bottle MALIBU ® Coconut
  • Hot Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Cut fronds off of pineapple. Then chop pineapple in half and cut out core.
  3. Place pineapple face down on a parchment covered baking sheet, and roast in the oven for 40-50 minutes until soft, then remove from the oven and fully cool.
  4. Once the pineapple is cool, cut away the peel, place fruit in a food processor and puree until smooth.
  5. Place a cheesecloth over a bowl and pour the pineapple onto the cloth. Gather the edges of the cloth and squeeze as much of the juice as possible from the pulp into the bowl. Add juice from one lemon to the juice and set aside.
  6. Place softened butter and brown sugar into a bowl and using a hand mixer, cream together until smooth. Add the wrung out pineapple pulp to the bowl and mix for a few minutes to completely incorporate into a compound butter.
  7. Scoop the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap, cover and shape into a log. Freeze or refrigerate until completely firm.
  8. To assemble the drink, add a two tablespoon sized disk of compound butter, a shot of MALIBU ® Coconut, a shot of pineapple juice and fill the rest with hot water, stirring until butter is melted.
  9. Garnish with a bit of roasted pineapple.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 salt, to taste
  • 1 pepper, to taste
  • 3 cups buttermilk
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 10 cups cheese puff
  • 1 oil, to fry
Instructions
  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Make parallel cuts in each chicken breast without slicing all of the way through. Place chicken breasts in a large bowl.
  3. Add buttermilk and ranch seasoning mix to the bowl and stir until chicken is well-coated. Marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours, or overnight.
  4. While chicken is marinating, place 10 cups of cheese puffs in a food processor or blender and pulse until finely ground. Pour into a large bowl.
  5. Using tongs or yours hands, toss each marinated chicken breast into cheese puff powder.
  6. Bend coated chicken breast to form a hollow circle. Use a toothpick to seal the ends together.
  7. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a large skillet or pot.
  8. Carefully place each breast in the hot oil and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until internal temperature of chicken breast reaches 165°F (75°C).
  9. Remove the chicken breasts and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  10. Serve with french fries, carrots, broccoli, and ranch dressing, if desired.
  11. Enjoy!
