Ingredients
  • 1 cup breadcrumb
  • ½ teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • oil, for frying
  • 1 bread bowl
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
  • fresh basil, for serving
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180˚C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to bread crumbs.
  3. Place flour and eggs in two other medium bowls.
  4. Roll the chicken breast in the flour, dusting off any excess. Dip the chicken into the egg, then place into the breadcrumbs, coating it completely.
  5. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Once the oil begins to shimmer, fry the breaded chicken strips until both sides are golden brown.
  7. Remove from heat and drain on a paper towel.
  8. Slice the cooked chicken breast into ½-inch (1 cm) thick strips.
  9. Slice the top of the bread bowl off and scoop out the insides. Save the top of the bowl.
  10. Spoon and spread some of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the bowl, then layer on mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, chicken strips, marinara, remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, chicken strips, marinara, and remaining Parmesan.
  11. Place the cap of the bread bowl on top.
  12. Wrap the bread bowl in foil, then weigh it down with a heavy object for 30 minutes.
  13. In a small bowl, mix together butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
  14. Remove the foil from the bread bowl and brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over it.
  15. Bake for 30 minutes.
  16. Cool for 10 minutes and slice.
  17. Garnish with basil, if desired.
  18. Enjoy!

SALTED CARAMEL STICKY BUNS

Ingredients
Caramel:
  • 110g (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 150g dark brown sugar
  • 100 ml cup Baileys
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp salt
Dough:
  • 160 ml whole milk, warm
  • 50 g plus 1 tbsp sugar, divided
  • 1¼ tbsp active dry yeast
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • 110g unsalted butter, softened
  • 350 g plain flour
  • ½ tsp salt
Filling:
  • 110 g unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 150 g dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, add warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until froth.
  2. Add softened butter, salt, eggs and whisk well. Add flour to the bowl and mix well. Place dough into an oiled bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place about 1 hour or until the dough has doubled in size.
  3. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface, until it is approx 16 inches long by 12 inches wide. it should be approx ¼ inch thick.
  4. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt butter. Add brown sugar, Baileys, cream, honey and salt. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Set aside. Pour the caramel in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Butter/grease/spray with nonstick spray the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish, then line with parchment paper. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface and roll into a 12x18 inch even rectangle.
  6. Mix together butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spread evenly over rectangle almost to the edges. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over top. Tightly roll dough into a long log. Cut into 12 even rolls.
  7. Pour caramel sauce over the bottom of the greased dish. Arrange rolls in prepared baking dish on top of the caramel.
  8. Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes. Bake in oven for 25-35 minutes until golden brown and bubble. Remove and flip upside down onto a large board. Let pan sit on top for 1 minute then remove.
  9. serve warm, enjoy!

SHEETPAN CHICKEN CAPRESE GRILLED SANDWICHES

Ingredients
  • 16 slices white bread
  • 1 cup fresh pesto
  • 6 tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • sliced mozzarella
  • ¼ cup melted butter
Instructions
  1. Pop your tomato slices in a non-stick baking tray along with the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Roast at 160°C for 45 minutes. Cool.
  2. Put half of the melted butter in a clean sheetpan and brush to distribute. Lay down 8 slices of bread, overlapping slightly. Top with mozzarella, pesto, chicken, roasted tomatoes and a little more mozzarella. Top with 8 more slices of bread, brush with the remaining butter, then cover with a piece of parchment paper and weigh down with a heavy tray. Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C. Remove the tray and the paper then grill for 5 minutes, or until golden.
  3. Transfer to a board, dice into mini sandwiches then dig in!

You've never seen spaghetti and meatballs quite like this before.

Ingredients
  • olive oil, for drizzling
  • ¾ lb. ground beef
  • ½ c. finely chopped onion
  • ⅓ c. bread crumbs (preferably Italian)
  • ¼ c. plus 2 tbsp. grated parmesan, divided
  • ¼ c. chopped parsley, plus more for garnish
  • 1 Egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ lb. spaghetti
  • 2 c. marinara sauce
  • 2 tubes crescent dough
  • 1½ c. shredded mozzarella
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, ¼ cup Parmesan, parsley, egg and garlic. Season with salt and pepper then mix until just combined. Shape mixture into small meatballs (about 1”) and place on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Bake until mostly cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 375°.
  3. Meanwhile, make pasta. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain.
  4. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll crescent rolls and piece together like a sun shape, slightly overlapping, on the parchment. Top with spaghetti then nestle baked meatballs on top. Spoon about 1 cup marinara sauce over meatballs and spaghetti then sprinkle mozzarella on top. Gently roll up.
  5. Brush tops of crescents with olive oil then sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
  6. Bake until crescents are golden, 12 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle with more parsley and serve warm with marinara for dipping.

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" chunks
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 tsp. fresh thyme
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1½ c. frozen peas
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 Egg, lightly beaten
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides and remove from skillet.
  2. Add onion, carrots, celery, and thyme and cook until vegetables are soft, 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle flour over vegetables and cook 2-3 minutes more. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer, cooking 8-10 minutes more, until slightly thickened. Turn off heat and stir in cream, peas, and chicken.
  3. Remove biscuits from can and slice in half horizontally. Arrange, overlapping, in a ring on the outer circle of the skillet. Brush with egg wash and bake until golden, 25-30 minutes. Serve.

  • ½ c. lemonade
  • 3 c. ice
  • Lemon wedge

Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine vodka, champagne, blue curacao, lemonade and ice. Blend until combined.
  2. Run a lemon wedge around the rim of each glass then dip in sanding sugar.
  3. Pour frosties into rimmed glasses and serve immediately.

  • 3 oz. fresh or frozen breaded chicken, cubed
  • A few torn basil leaves
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat broiler. Assemble sandwich: Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. On the unbuttered side of one slice, spread 1 tablespoon marinara sauce, then top with ¾ cup mozzarella, Parmesan, chicken, and basil. Top with remaining slice of bread, buttered side up.
  2. In a large, oven-safe skillet over medium heat, cook sandwich until crispy, 5 minutes per side.
  3. Spread remaining 2 teaspoons marinara sauce on top of sandwich, then top with remaining ¼ cup mozzarella. Broil until cheese is melty and golden.
  4. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan and pepper and serve.

Taking a minimal amount of time and effort giving a really delicious pay off, these molten sticks of cheesy pizza goodness are the ultimate game day snack.

  • 10 tortilla wraps
  • ½ cup garlic butter
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 3 cups grated mozzarella
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni
Instructions
  1. Brush a line of garlic butter onto the tortilla and top with pizza sauce, mozzarella and sprinkle with the chopped pepperoni.
  2. Roll up tightly into a cigar shape and lay on a baking tray.
  3. Brush with normal butter and grill on high, turning over every few minutes, until crisp.
  4. Sprinkle them all with mozzarella and more pepperoni and grill for a further five minutes until the cheese has melted. Eat straight away.

  • oz deli mozzarella cheese
  • 1
  • can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 3
  • tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1
  • cup marinara sauce
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray; set aside. Season chicken with salt and pepper. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter over medium-high heat; cook chicken in butter 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is well browned on all sides. Remove from skillet; cool slightly.
  2. Cut mozzarella cheese into 8 pieces; cut small slits in side of each chicken tenderloin, and insert piece of mozzarella cheese. Unroll dough; separate into 8 triangles. Place piece of chicken on wide end of triangle; roll dough around chicken, and place on cookie sheet. Repeat for remaining dough and chicken.
  3. In small microwavable cup, microwave remaining 1 tablespoon butter uncovered on High 15 to 30 seconds or until melted. Brush crescents with melted butter; top each with about 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. In microwavable measuring cup, heat marinara sauce covered on Medium-High (70%) 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve chicken with heated marinara sauce.
