Ingredients
  • 1½ c. ketchup
  • 1 c. Dr Pepper
  • 2 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. chili powder
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 lb. Drumsticks
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, combine ketchup, Dr. Pepper, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and onion powder. Whisk to combine and bring to a simmer. Cook until thickened slightly, 4 to 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place drumsticks in a large bowl and season generously with salt and pepper. Pour about ¾ the marinade over the chicken and toss to coat. Place chicken in a single layer on prepared baking sheet and bake 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and set oven broiler to high. Brush chicken with remaining sauce and place under broiler until golden and crisp, 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool slightly then serve.

One-Bowl Paris-Brest
You won't believe how easy it is to make this classic circular dessert filled with custard and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients
  • 80 grams flour
  • 80 grams butter
  • 150 grams very hot water
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • 300 grams custard cream
  • 200 grams whipped cream
  • Mint
  • Confectioners' sugar
Instructions
  1. Hull and cut the strawberries in half. Set aside.
  2. Place butter and very hot water in a oven-safe glass pie plate. Microwave until butter has melted. Add in the flour and mix well to combine. Microwave for 4 minutes at 600 watts and mix well.
  3. Add in beaten eggs a little at a time, mixing well in between each addition.
  4. Once batter is smooth, push batter away from the center, creating a donut shape. Spray with water.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes at 190 degrees C. Take it out and let it cool completely.
  6. Carefully cut in half to make two rings of pastry.
  7. Top the bottom pastry with custard cream, whipped cream, strawberries and mint. Place the second pastry on top and garnish with more strawberries, blueberries, mint and confectioners' sugar.

Ingredients
  • 6 potatoes, peeled
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 3 teaspoons salt, divided
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 sweet onion, diced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 14 ½ oz diced tomato, 1 can, drained
  • 4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, divided
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 6 cups spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
  2. Using a knife or mandolin cut the potatoes into slices ⅛-inch (3 mm) thick.
  3. On a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese and spread until it is evenly covering the parchment paper.
  4. Place the potatoes over the parmesan so each potato is overlapping the previous potato both vertically and horizontally. Continue until the entire pan is filled with potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle to rest of the Parmesan evenly over the potatoes. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt. Bake for 30 minutes, until golden and the potatoes are flexible and slightly crispy.
  6. In a skillet heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Once the oil begins to shimmer, add the onions, and cook until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
  7. Add the beef break up and mix with the onion until cooked. Mix in the tomatoes, 3 tablespoons of parsley, paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt, and pepper. Stir, cooking until the beef is browned and cooked through. Remove from heat.
  8. In a skillet heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the spinach, cook until wilted. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and the garlic. Stir to combine. Remove from heat.
  9. In a bowl combine the spinach mixture and the ricotta. Set aside.
  10. Evenly spread the spinach mixture over the cooked potato sheet.
  11. Evenly spread the beef mixture over the spinach. Sprinkle mozzarella over the beef.
  12. Take one end of the potato sheet holding the parchment paper begin rolling upward, making sure the ingredients are not coming out the ends.
  13. Once the it is completely rolled place the potato roll on the parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.
  14. Sprinkle with parsley for garnish. Slice and serve immediately.

Ingredients
FOR BELL PEPPERS
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced into ½" rounds, seeds removed
  • 2 large eggs, beaten with 1 tbsp water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1½ c. panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
FOR DIPPING SAUCE
  • ⅓ c. mayonnaise
  • ⅓ c. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium shallow bowl, combine panko with paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Coat pepper rings first in flour, then egg, then panko mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  2. Bake 10 minutes, flip peppers and bake 10 minutes more, until tender. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  3. While peppers are baking, make dipping sauce: In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper and whisk to combine.
  4. Serve pepper rings with dipping sauce on the side.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 10 oz. egg noodles, cooked according to package instructions
  • 1½ c. cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ c. frozen corn
  • ½ c. frozen peas
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cook until softened, 3 minutes, then stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
  2. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir in pasta, chicken, corn, and peas and simmer until warmed through. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.

  • 1 16.5 oz. tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 pack instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 can coconut milk, cold
  • whipped cream
  • 1 c. sweetened shredded coconut, toasted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Slice the cookie dough into 12 portions. Press each disc of dough into a muffin cup, patting the sides down gently to form a well. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden.
  3. As soon as they’re out, use a shot glass (sprayed with cooking spray) to gently press down the center of each cookie. Set tray aside to cool for at least 20 minutes. Remove from baking tray to cool completely on wire rack.
  4. Meanwhile, make vanilla pudding. In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix and milk and whisk until the mixture just begins to thicken. Spoon pudding into cooled cookie cups. Top with whipped cream and garnish with shredded coconut.

Jalapeño Popper Egg Rolls
A jalapeño popper like you've never seen before.

Ingredients
  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ c. shredded mozzarella
  • ½ c. shredded Cheddar
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 12 jalapeños, ends and seeds removed
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Ranch dressing, for serving
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, bacon and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper and stir until fully combined.
  2. Using a butter knife or small spoon, stuff jalapeños with cheese mixture. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape and add stuffed pepper. Fold up bottom half and tightly fold in sides. Gently roll, then seal fold with a couple drops of water. Repeat with remaining peppers.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil (it should reach 1" up the side of pan) until it starts to bubble. Add egg rolls and fry until golden, 1 minute per side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to cool slightly.
  4. Serve with ranch dressing on the side, for dipping.

No-Bake Chocolate Chunk Cookies & Cream Brownie Cheesecake
This velvety no-bake chocolate cheesecake is full of chocolate bar bites and topped with cookies and cream frosting.

Ingredients
For the cheesecake:
  • 1½ cups finely ground chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 1 package brownie mix (reserve 1 tablespoon for glaze)
  • 2 (1-ounce) chocolate bars, cut into chunks, plus more for garnish
For the cookies and cream whipped cream frosting:
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup finely ground chocolate cookie crumbs
For the brownie glaze:
  • 1 tablespoon brownie mix
  • 2 teaspoons grapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
Instructions
  1. Grease the sides of a 9-inch springform cake pan and prepare the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the base of the cake pan and chill for 15 minutes.
  3. With a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, heavy cream and brownie mix. Fold in chocolate bar chunks and pour into the cake pan. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  4. In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in cookies.
  5. In a separate smaller bowl, combine remaining brownie mix, grapeseed oil, heavy cream and chocolate syrup.
  6. Once the cheesecake has set, cover in whipped cream, drizzle with brownie glaze and sprinkle with shavings of remaining chocolate.

  • Cooking spray, for pan
  • 2 cans crescent dough
  • 3 tbsp. butter, divided
  • 12 large eggs
  • ¼ c. milk
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ c. finely chopped chives
  • ½ lb. deli ham
  • 12 slices cheddar
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp. poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. dried garlic
  • Flaky sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375° and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and half-and- half.
  2. In a large nonstick pan over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp. butter. When butter is foamy, reduce heat to low and add egg mixture. Cook, stirring often with a spatula, until eggs are just set. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
  3. Unroll one can of crescents onto greased baking sheet and pinch seams together. Add a layer of ham then top with scrambled eggs, chives and cheese. Unroll second crescent dough and place on top of cheese. Pinch together crescent sheets to seal.
  4. Melt remaining butter in microwave. Brush melted butter on top of crescent dough then sprinkle with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, minced onion, dried garlic, and flaky sea salt.
  5. Bake until crescent dough is golden and cooked through, about 25 to 30 minutes. (If the crescent dough is browning too quickly, cover with foil.)
  6. Let cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing into squares.

  • FOR THE FILLING
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. instant espresso powder
  • FOR THE CAKE
  • ¾ c. (1½ sticks) butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1½ c. sugar
  • ⅓ c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • ⅔ c. sour cream
  • 1 c. whole milk
  • ¼ c. Baileys
  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • FOR THE TOPPING
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. instant espresso powder
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 6 tbsp. butter, melted
  • ½ c. chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9”x13” pan with cooking spray. Make filling: In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, cocoa powder and instant espresso powder. Whisk to combine.
  2. Make cake batter: In a large bowl, combine butter, sugars and baking powder. Using a hand mixer, beat until smooth. Next, beat in eggs one at a time.
  3. Add sour cream, whole milk, and Baileys and mix again, until just combined. Gradually beat in flour.
  4. Pour half the batter into prepared baking dish, sprinkle with filling in an even layer, and top with the rest of the batter.
  5. Make topping: In a medium bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder and a pinch of salt. Whisk to combine. Add melted butter and stir until well combined.
  6. Scatter topping over the top of the coffee cake batter in an even layer. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Drizzle with melted chocolate and let cool for 10 to 15 minutes. Slice and serve.
