Ingredients
5-6 CUPS Cooked chicken
½ lb Very thinly sliced deli-style honey ham, rough chopped
¼ lb Thin sliced baby Swiss cheese
Sauce:
4 Tbsp Butter
4 Tbsp Flour
3¼ CUPS Milk
2 Tbsp Fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Paprika
¼ tsp Pepper
Topping:
1½ CUPS Panko bread crumbs
1½ tsp Crushed dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
