Rum Root Beer Float Pops
Your favorite classic drink just got a great, new twist! ?

Ingredients
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 ounces Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
  • 16 ounces root beer
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the cream using hand mixer until firm peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in vanilla extract and condensed milk.
  3. Distribute cream into small paper cups or popsicle molds. Freeze 6-8 hours or until frozen solid.
  4. Remove popsicles from the molds. Transfer to a glass and top with 1 ½ ounces spiced rum and 4 ounces of root beer.
  5. Enjoy!

Spiked Berry Punch
This berry-licious punch is the perfect drink to top off with Smirnoff Spiked Sparkling Seltzer.

Ingredients
  • 11⁄2 quart fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) washed and hulled 2 cups fresh pineapple (cubed)
  • 3 cups spring water
  • Smirnoff Spiked Sparkling Seltzer
  • Lemon (garnish)
Instructions
  1. Place 1⁄2 quart (2 cups) of the berries on a lined baking sheet and freeze (at least 2 hours or until completely frozen).
  2. Place remaining quart of berries and pineapple in a food processor (or blender) and pulse until completely liquified. Strain well and add 3 cups of spring water.
  3. Add frozen berries to juice.
  4. Add 1⁄2 cup juice to glass and top with Smirnoff Seltzer.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices.

Cool down with this cucumber cocktail made using Ketel One Botanical.

  • 2-inch cucumber, sliced
  • 3 ounces Ketel One Botanical Cucumber & Mint Vodka 3 ounces green tea, steeped with 1⁄2 cup mint leaves
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • Sparkling water
  • Cucumber sticks, for garnish
  • Mint, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Pour vodka into martini shaker. Add green tea, lime juice, and ice. Shake vigorously.
  2. Fill 2 glasses with ice. Fill glasses 2⁄3 of the way with cocktail, then fill remaining 1⁄3 of
  3. glass with soda water.
  4. Garnish with cucumber sticks and mint.

Cucumber Ginger Refresher
Start your new year off right with this bright and delicious cocktail that has no added sugar! Ketel One Vodka, made with 100% non-GMO grain.

Ingredients
  • 1” piece fresh ginger
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • ½ lime
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ¾ cup spring water
  • 3 ounces Ketel One
  • Additional cucumber and mint for garnish
Instructions
  1. Peel ginger and cut into small pieces.
  2. Add ginger to a blender or juicer with cucumber, apple, a squeeze of lime juice, and mint.
  3. Add spring water and pulse until liquified. Strain.
  4. Using a mandoline, thinly slice cucumbers and thread through skewer to use as garnish.
  5. Divide into 2 glasses and add 1.5 ounces of Ketel One to each. Serve with cucumber and mint garnish.

Frozcato
Moscato lovers: If you can find in season peaches, use 'em! Just add a little ice to the blender to chill the drink.

Ingredients
  • 1 (750-ml.) bottle Moscato, chilled
  • 4 c. frozen peaches
  • ¼ c. fresh lemon juice
  • Ice, if necessary
  • Raspberries and peach slices, for garnish
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine about half the Moscato, half the peaches, and half the lemon juice. Add about 1 cup of ice, if necessary, and blend until slushy. If the mixture is too watery, add more ice and blend again.
  2. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve immediately and garnish with fresh raspberries and peach slices.

Moscato Sangria
The secret to the best white wine sangria? Moscato, of course! We added lemon-lime soda and seltzer for some bubbles, but both are optional.

  • 1 bottle white Moscato
  • 1 c. lemon-lime soda (such as Sprite)
  • 1 c. seltzer
  • 1½ c. quartered strawberries
  • 1½ c. raspberries

  1. Fill a pitcher with ice. Pour over Moscato, soda, and seltzer, then stir in fruit. Serve immediately.

Rain Drop Jelly
Because sometimes an occasion just calls for a gummy frog hidden in cotton candy overtop a goblet of multi-colored jello.

Ingredients
  • 1¼ cups cider
  • 2 balls white cotton candy
  • 2 frog gummies
  • 1 to 2 drops purple food coloring
  • 1 to 2 drops blue food coloring
  • Liquid jelly:
  • 3½ teaspoons powdered gelatin
  • 1½ cups water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Cut an opening in each cotton candy ball and stick a frog gummy in it.
  2. Soak the powdered gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water. In a bowl, heat the water, then mix in sugar, gelatin and lemon juice. Allow to cool.
  3. Pour 3 tablespoons of the gelatin mixture into a shallow bowl and add purple food coloring. Pour another 3 tablespoons of the gelatin mixture into a separate shallow bowl and add blue food coloring. Refrigerate until solidified.
  4. Remove from the refrigerator, and cut into thin pieces. Transfer to a round ice cube tray. Pour leftover gelatin mixture overtop and refrigerate with the lid on until solid.
  5. Remove gelatin rounds from the refrigerator and divide between 2 glasses. Top each with a cotton candy ball and pour cider over the top to melt the cotton candy and reveal the hidden frog.

Blood Mary Pickles
These lil guys can get spicy! If you like it hot, add the full amount of horseradish and as much hot sauce as you'd like. If you prefer a milder pickle, reduce the horseradish by half and maybe leave out the hot sauce.

Ingredients
  • 3 small cucumbers, such as Persians, ends trimmed and quartered lengthwise
  • 3 lemon rounds
  • ⅓ c. tomato juice
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • ½ tsp. black peppercorns
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 garlic clove, cut into thirds
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • ¼ c. vodka
Instructions
  1. Pack cucumbers, lemon rounds, and garlic into a 16-oz. glass jar.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine tomato juice, lemon juice, horseradish, peppercorns, salt, and hot sauce. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in vodka.
  3. Pour over cucumbers. Let cool completely, then seal with lid and refrigerate until cold.

Mermaid Coladas
A (generous) splash of blue Curaçao turns piña coladas a gorgeous hue of blue. And we promise they taste amazing, too.

  • 4 oz. pineapple juice
  • 4 oz. white rum
  • 4 oz. coconut milk
  • 2 oz. blue Curaçao
  • 1 c. frozen pineapple chunks
  • Ice, for blending
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish
  • Sliced pineapple, for garnish
  • Paper umbrellas
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine pineapple juice, rum, coconut milk, blue Curaçao, and frozen pineapple. Blend until smooth. If you want it slushier, add ice and blend until slushy.
  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with maraschino cherries, pineapples, and paper umbrellas.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Shooters
No cocktail shaker? Mix in a glass with ice and strain into a measuring glass for easy pouring!

  • ¼ c. chocolate chips, melted
  • 3 oz. strawberry milk
  • 3 oz. white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz. vodka
  • 3 small strawberries, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Place melted chocolate on a small shallow plate. Roll rims of shot glasses in chocolate to coat.
  2. Combine strawberry milk, chocolate liqueur, and vodka in cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until cold, 30 seconds.
  3. Pour drink into prepared shot glasses, garnish with a strawberry, and serve immediately.
